Order & Processing

  • Standard processing time is 5–7 business days, but we always aim to ship faster when possible.

    • Small Bulk (10–20 items) → add +3–5 business days (total ~8–12 days).

    • Medium Bulk (20–50 items) → add +7–10 business days (total ~2–3 weeks).

    • Large Bulk (50+ items) → add 2–4 weeks depending on materials & production.

  • Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking info once your order ships.

  • Yes! Please message us before ordering so we can confirm availability and timeline.

  • Not at this time. We only ship within the U.S. - but stay tuned!

Product & Customization

  • Absolutely! Send us a message with your idea to see if we can make it work — We love custom orders.

  • We use high-quality, sublimation- and vinyl-friendly blanks for all products for long-lasting quality.

  • Nope, but you should follow the care instructions for best results! All items are pressed with professional-grade equipment and materials for durability.

  • Shirts: Wash inside out on cold, tumble dry low or air dry. See care instructions with delivery. Do not iron over design!

    Tumblers: Hand-wash only to preserve design. See care instructions sent with your order.

Returns & Issues

  • All sales are custom and made-to-order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless: - The item arrives damaged - There is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect name or design) To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
